Shipping methods and returns

On this page, we inform you about the shipping methods and the associated costs for your order in the lavera Natural Beauty online shop.

DHL shipping service provider:
Your order will be shipped with DHL. For the sake of the environment, we rely on shipping with DHL GoGreen.

Shipping costs:
Deliveries within Belgium is free of charge. The minimum order value is €9.90.

Duration of shipping:
Our delivery time with standard shipping via DHL is usually 2-3 business days.

Track shipment:
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online. Please use the link provided in your email. Note that the tracking number only becomes active once it is registered by the shipping service provider. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.

Delays:
If there are delays in individual exceptional cases because some items are temporarily unavailable or the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by email.

Returns

Retours : Vous avez le droit de vous rétracter du contrat d'achat dans un délai de 14 jours après réception de la marchandise sans avoir à justifier de motifs. Dans ce cas, envoyez simplement un e-mail à [email protected] et communiquez-nous votre souhait de rétractation. Nous vous contacterons dans les plus brefs délais. Veuillez renvoyer la marchandise (si possible dans son emballage d'origine) dans un délai de 14 jours après avoir exprimé votre souhait de rétractation à l'adresse suivante :
