Your satisfaction with our lavera products is important to us. For new goods, a statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods generally applies. Under the statutory warranty, you may initially request a replacement. If a replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the sales contract may be considered, provided that the statutory requirements are met.
