Shipping methods and returns
On this page, we inform you about the shipping methods and the associated costs for your order in the lavera Natural Beauty online shop. Please note: Delivery is only possible to the respective country of the shop.
DHL GOGreen
Carrier: Your order will be shipped by DHL GOGreen.
Shipping costs: Shipping to France and Belgium costs €6.90. Shipping is free for orders over €30.
Please note: Even when using a discount code, the order value must exceed CHF 30 for shipping to be free.
Delivery time: Our usual delivery time for shipments to France and Belgium via DHL GoGreen is 3 to 4 business days.
Shipment tracking: As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery online. Please use the link provided in the email. Please note that the tracking number only becomes active once it has been registered by the carrier. If the tracking number does not work immediately, please try again later.
Delays: In exceptional cases, delays may occur if certain items are temporarily unavailable or if the promised delivery time is extended. We will inform you by email in such cases.
Returns: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to provide a reason. To do so, simply send an email to [email protected] informing us of your decision to withdraw. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Please return the goods, if possible in their original packaging, within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw to the following address:
